If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, waitlist members, venue partners, and event organizers.
2. About Our Services
Triple V is a South African digital concierge platform that helps users discover, plan, and book local travel, dining, nightlife, and event experiences. We act as a technology platform connecting consumers with venues, restaurants, bars, clubs, tour operators, and event organizers. Triple V does not own or operate the underlying experiences listed on the platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Bookings, Reservations, and Payments
When you make a booking or reservation through Triple V, you enter into an agreement directly with the relevant venue or experience provider. Triple V may process payments on behalf of partners where indicated. All pricing, availability, cancellation, and refund policies are set by the partner and will be clearly displayed before you confirm a booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by partner and experience. Please review the specific policy shown at checkout. Triple V will facilitate communication between you and the partner but is not liable for refunds or compensation beyond what the partner agrees to provide.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: providing false information, attempting to manipulate bookings or reviews, interfering with the security of the service, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or harassing venues, organizers, or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, logos, software, and materials on Triple V are owned by Triple V (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple V (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any experience booked through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking or reservation giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Triple V will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Triple V after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
