The Story
Why Triple V Exists
Triple V started with a move. Relocating to Durban, visiting Cape Town and Gauteng meant arriving somewhere beautiful and knowing almost none of it: which streets were worth walking, which restaurants locals actually booked, which nights out were worth leaving the house for. The cities were full of good things. They were just invisible from the outside.
The obvious fix was to ask around. But every recommendation lived somewhere different: a screenshot, a group chat, a comment under someone's post, a link that expired last season, long hours spent on Google and social media searching for the right place. Planning a single weekend meant stitching together five apps and hoping the place was still open when you arrived.
It wasn't a newcomer problem either. Friends and family who had lived in these cities their whole lives were doing exactly the same thing: scrolling, guessing, debating, and eventually defaulting to the same three places because deciding together was harder than deciding well.
Working in the ticketing and hospitality industry made the gap clearer. On the supply side, venues and organisers had genuine VIP and VVIP experiences to offer, tables, early access, curated nights and no reliable way to put them in front of the right people. On the demand side, guests paid premium prices and still arrived unsure of what they had actually bought.
Enter Triple V. One place to discover what's genuinely worth your time in South Africa, coordinate it with the people you're going with, and reserve it before you get there with the access, the details, and the confirmation all in the same interface.
